Dripping/leaking or water passing by typically occurs when the cartridge inside has become blocked with lime scale or debris. This can be prevented by regular maintenance of your product.
To clean your tap cartridge, isolate the water and remove the cartridge. The cartridge can be run under water to flush it through. If you are unsure on this process please see the product instructions or speak to your plumber.
